Reduce the risk of foreign object contamination! Efficient workflow construction through the relocation of chemical tanks, various manufacturing equipment, and transport devices.
We would like to introduce a case study of solving customer issues at a paper processing company.
In order to receive OEM contracts from a major manufacturer, it was necessary to improve the production environment. This involved renovating aging buildings and piping infrastructure, as well as reassessing the layout of complex equipment to enhance production efficiency.
As a result, we reused existing steel frames and beams as much as possible after confirming their strength, achieving a reduction in construction time and costs.
Consequently, there were no incidents of foreign matter contamination, and a clear flow of movement was established, which shortened travel distances and improved productivity.
